Easy Meatballs Recipe

Try this quick-to-fix family pleaser meatballs recipe. Make and freeze cooked meatballs ahead of time for an extra-easy meal.

Meatballs Recipe Ingredients:

* 1 pound lean ground beef
* 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
* 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, or about half of a small onion
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 2 large eggs
* 1 1/2 cups milk, divided
* 1 tablespoons butter
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed golden mushroom soup

Meatballs Recipe Instructions
First of all in a large bowl combine beef, oats, onion, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, eggs, and 1/2 cup milk (mixture will be soft). And then using about 2 tablespoons of mixture per meatball, shape 18 to 20 meatballs. Next in large skillet melt butter and oil and brown several meatballs at a time, turning carefully with spatula. As meatballs brown, remove to a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

To the drippings in skillet add the remaining 1 cup milk and the soup; cook and stir just until mixture begins to boil. And then pour over meatballs. Next is to cover and bake at 350° for about 60 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles. This recipe for meatballs serves 4...and enjoy it with friends !

Barbequed Meatballs Recipe

Try this delicious barbequed meatballs recipe in homemade barbecue sauce, great for an appetizer or family dinner. .... it's recommended !

Meatballs Recipe Ingredients:

* 3 pounds lean ground beef
* 1 cup evaporated milk
* 1 cup quick oatmeal
* 1 cup fine, dry bread crumbs
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
* 2 teaspoons chili powder
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

* 2 cups ketchup
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
* dash liquid smoke, if desired

Meatballs Recipe Instructions:
First of all combine meatball ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls. And then place in a single layer on cookie sheets lined with waxed paper. Next is to freeze until solid; transfer to freezer bags until ready to cook.

To cook, combine sauce ingredients; stir well. Place frozen meatballs in a 13- by 9-inch baking dish; pour sauce over them. Bake for about 1 hour at 350°. Makes about 6 dozen meatballs. The barbequed meatballs are ready to serve....amazing taste !

BEAN ESCAROLE MEATBALL SOUP amazing meatballs recipe ...try it !

  • 1 lb. of an Italian meatball recipe
Make size of 1 inch. Bake until brown. Drain fat. Add water to bottom of pan, heat, and scrap up brown bits. Save liquid to add color and flavor to soup.
  • 1 med. onion, chopped small
  • 2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped small
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 oz. can tomato chunks
  • 1 head escarole cut small and cleaned well
  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. cooked macaroni, elbows or small shells

First of all into a large soup pot (1 to 2 gallon size) put all vegetables. And then Fill with water, bring to boil, lower heat and cook for one to 2 hours at a simmer. Add meatballs, meatball liquid, cannellini beans. Serve by adding cooked macaroni to bottom of soup bowl; ladle hot soup over. Pass with Parmesan. Is best made in advance for flavors will blend. The meatballs recipe is ready. Bon apetit !

Meatballs Recipe Ingredients:

* 1 pound ground chuck
* 3 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
* 2 tablespoons minced onion
* 1 large egg, lightly beaten
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* dash ground black pepper
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or shortening
* 1 jar or can (10 to 12 ounces) beef gravy
* 1/4 cup sour cream
* hot cooked and buttered noodles

Meatballs Recipe Instructions:
Gently mix together beef, bread crumbs, minced onion, egg, and seasonings. Shape into about 15 meatballs. In a large skillet, brown meatballs in oil; pour off excess fat. Stir in gravy; cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through. Blend in sour cream; heat through. Serve with hot cooked noodles....and the stroganoff meatballs recipe are ready to serve....hmmm nice !
