Swedish Meatballs
This Swedish meatballs recipe are made with ground beef and pork, butter, cream, bread crumbs, and other ingredients...try it ! Nice taste ....
Ingredients:
* 1 egg
* 1 cup milk
* 1/2 cup fine, dry bread crumbs, plain
* 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
* 1/2 pound ground pork
* 2 tablespoons water
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 1 1/2 cups milk
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
Preparation:
Directions for Swedish meatballs.
Beat egg; add milk and bread crumbs.
In a heavy skillet, brown onions in 2 tablespoons butter. Combine crumb mixture with cooked onion, salt, black pepper, ground beef, and ground pork. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Brown in skillet on all sides. Add water, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Transfer meatballs to a bowl with slotted spoon and pour off all but 1 tablespoon of the grease. Stir in 2 tablespoons of flour. Gradually add 1 1/2 cups of milk and 1/2 cup heavy cream, stirring constantly. When well blended, add meatballs back to skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer Swedish meatballs for 20 minutes. Swedish Meatballs recipe are ready to serve...amazing taste ! Enjoy it !

* 1 medium onion, finely minced
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 1 1/4 pounds lean ground beef*
* 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1 egg, slightly beaten
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* dash allspice
* 3 to 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, for cooking meatballs
* 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* 1 1/2 cups beef broth or bouillon
Preparation:

Try this great spaghetty and meatballs recipe....great Italian taste..!
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
* 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
* 1 egg, slightly beaten
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 3 tablespoons warm water
* 1/2 teaspoon dried leaf basil
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* vegetable oil
Sauce:
* 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes
* 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
* 1/4 cup chopped onion
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon leaf oregano, crushed
* hot cooked spaghetti or linguine
INSTRUCTIONS :
Combine ground beef with bread crumbs, eggs, Parmesan cheese, water, 1/2 teaspoon basil, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Shape into about 3 dozen 1-inch meatballs. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown meatballs over low heat in a small amount of oil. Drain off excess fat. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and oregano. Simmer, uncovered, over low heat for about 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with hot cooked spaghetti or linguini....The meatballs recipe is ready to serve.....wow what a great taste..mama mia !

Combine the soup, chili powder, and water in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Add meatballs; reduce heat, cover, and simmer over very low heat for 1 hour.
