BEAN ESCAROLE MEATBALL SOUP

  ...an amazing meatballs recipe ...try it !

MEAT BALLS INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. of an Italian meatball recipe
Make size of 1 inch. Bake until brown. Drain fat. Add water to bottom of pan, heat, and scrap up brown bits. Save liquid to add color and flavor to soup.
  • 1 med. onion, chopped small
  • 2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped small
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 oz. can tomato chunks
  • 1 head escarole cut small and cleaned well
  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. cooked macaroni, elbows or small shells

MEATBALLS RECIPE ISNTRUCTIONS
First of all into a large soup pot (1 to 2 gallon size) put all vegetables. And then Fill with water, bring to boil, lower heat and cook for one to 2 hours at a simmer. Add meatballs, meatball liquid, cannellini beans. Serve by adding cooked macaroni to bottom of soup bowl; ladle hot soup over. Pass with Parmesan. Is best made in advance for flavors will blend. The meatballs recipe is ready. Bon apetit !

Meatballs Stroganoff










Meatballs Stroganoff

Try this great Stroganoff Meatballs recipe...a must try !

Meatballs Recipe Ingredients:

* 1 pound ground chuck
* 3 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
* 2 tablespoons minced onion
* 1 large egg, lightly beaten
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* dash ground black pepper
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or shortening
* 1 jar or can (10 to 12 ounces) beef gravy
* 1/4 cup sour cream
* hot cooked and buttered noodles

Meatballs Recipe Instructions:
Gently mix together beef, bread crumbs, minced onion, egg, and seasonings. Shape into about 15 meatballs. In a large skillet, brown meatballs in oil; pour off excess fat. Stir in gravy; cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through. Blend in sour cream; heat through. Serve with hot cooked noodles....and the stroganoff meatballs recipe are ready to serve....hmmm nice !

Italian Meatballs Recipe














ITALIAN MEATBALLS RECIPE
Try this great Italian Meatballs recipe....nice taste !
Meatballs Recipe Ingredients:

* 1 lb lean ground beef
* 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
* 1/3 cup water (more or less)
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 medium onion
* garlic
* salt
* pepper

Meatballs Recipe Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. Don't add all of the water at one time. Mixture should be moist but not so that the meatballs fall apart.

Shape meatballs to desired size and place on a broiler pan (I wet my hands before shaping each meatball and it helps make a nice meatball.) Broil until outside is slightly brown on one side and then turn and broil the other side. When finished, add to spaghetti sauce and simmer at least 20 minute...and now it's ready to serve...mmmm....mamamia ! Enjoy the meatballs !

Grape Jelly Meatballs Recipe

These sweet and sour meatballs are made with ground beef, herbs, and a sweet and sour sauce made with grape jelly and ketchup. Try this great recipe....!

Meatballs Recipe Ingredients:

* 2 pounds lean ground beef
* 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
* 2 teaspoons dried leaf oregano
* 2 teaspoons dried leaf basil
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
* 1/2 cup bread crumbs

* Sauce:
* 1 cup ketchup
* 1/3 cup lemon juice
* 1/3 cup grape jelly
Meatballs Recipe Instructions :
Mix all ingredients together; shape into 1-inch balls. Brown in a large skillet. Place meatballs in a baking pan.

Combine sauce ingredients; add to meatballs and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes about 3 dozen appetizer meatballs....and its ready for a great feast ! Enjoy the meatballs !

GREEK MEATBALLS RECIPE

Try this great Greek Meatballs Recipe..... a must try !

Meatballs Recipe Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1 large shallot, minced
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 4 ounces salt pork, ground or finely minced
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Greek yogurt for dipping
Meatballs Recipe Instructions
1 Heat a small pan over medium heat and add oil, garlic, jalapeño and shallot, and cook for 1 minute, then let cool.








2 Meanwhile, crumble lamb into a large bowl. Evenly scatter salt pork, orange zest and mint over lamb, and season with pepper. Sprinkle the cooled garlic mixture over lamb. Gently mix until just combined, then form into 1¼-inch balls and transfer to a plate or sheet pan.








3 Heat a large cast iron pan over medium to medium high heat. Working in batches if necessary to prevent crowding, brown meatballs on all sides until cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve warm with toothpicks or skewers with plain yogurt. Note: Meatballs can also be cooked ahead, refrigerated and reheated in the microwave on high for 2 minutes.








Makes about 20 meatballs.

CABBAGE AND MEATBALL VEGETABLE SOUP







CABBAGE AND MEATBALL VEGETABLE SOUP ....another great meatballs recipe....its recommended ! Nice soup !

INGREDIENTS
MEATBALLS:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tbsp. rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Mix ingredients in medium bowl. Form into meatballs. Set aside.

SOUP:
  • 1 med. cabbage, sliced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 potato, diced into sm. pieces
  • 1 sm. onion, sliced
  • 3 c. fresh or frozen string beans
  • 1/2 (16 oz.) can corn or frozen
  • 3 cans tomato soup mixed in equal parts of water
  • Salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients, including meatballs, into a large pot. Bring to boil on medium heat. Stir occasionally. Reduce to low heat and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. The meatballs recipe of soup is ready to serve...enjoy it ! Bon apetit !

BURGUNDY MEATBALLS








BURGUNDY MEATBALLS ....another amazing meatballs recipe ...try it ! Nice one !

INGREDIENTS
MEATBALLS:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. burgundy wine
  • 7-8 lg. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Combine all ingredients, except oil; mix well. Shape into walnut size meatballs. Brown in oil in large skillet. Remove when browned. Saute mushroom slices slightly and remove.

SAUCE:
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. burgundy wine
  • 2 bouillon cubes (beef)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water, mixing well. Combine with remaining sauce ingredients in large skillet. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until bouillon dissolves. Return meatballs and mushrooms to skillet. Cover; simmer over medium heat about 10 minutes or until meatballs reach desired doneness. Serve over parslied, buttered noodles or rice....hmmm..great meatballs recipe at your service...bon apetit ! Enjoy !
